Ensure equal rights, opportunities, and justice for marginalized sections of society, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, women, children, persons with disabilities, and senior citizens.

Protect natural resources and implement environmentally friendly development initiatives to create a healthy and sustainable environment for future generations.
2. Panchayat Mission
The key responsibilities and activities undertaken by the Panchayat to realize its vision include:
Infrastructure Development
- Ensure better roads, drinking water schemes, street lighting, and improved public transportation facilities.
- Extend digital services and connectivity to all sections of the community.
Social Welfare and Healthcare
- Provide quality healthcare services through Primary Health Centres (PHCs).
- Ensure the timely distribution of welfare pensions and other government benefits to eligible beneficiaries.
- Build a village with adequate housing and sanitation facilities, contributing to poverty eradication.
Education and Employment
- Improve the physical infrastructure of public schools and ensure quality education.
- Generate local employment opportunities through Kudumbashree and the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS).
- Provide self-employment training and skill development programs for youth and women.
Good Governance
- Plan and implement development projects based on the needs and aspirations identified through Gram Sabha meetings.
- Deliver transparent, corruption-free, and efficient public services through e-Governance initiatives.
- Ensure timely redressal of public grievances and complaints.
Core Objective
The fundamental objective of a Panchayat is to protect the democratic rights of the people through decentralization of power and to make citizens active partners in the process of development.
